Voor onze autoverhuur aan Berchvliet in Amsterdam zoeken wij een enthousiaste Baliemedewerker Autoverhuur voor in het weekend. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat het ophalen en inleveren van huurauto’s soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

- Klanten ontvangen en helpen bij het ophalen en inleveren van huurauto’s

- Verhuurauto’s uitgeven en de administratie verzorgen

- Huurauto’s van binnen en buiten schoon en representatief houden

- Controleren of voertuigen klaar zijn voor verhuur

- Kleine controles uitvoeren, zoals vloeistoffen en bandenspanning

- Klanten informeren over de huurvoorwaarden en het gebruik van de auto

- Huurcontracten en verhuuradministratie verzorgen

- Voertuigen controleren bij uitgifte en inname

- Debiteuren

Dit ben jij

- Je hebt minimaal MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau

- Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B

- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

- Je bent klantgericht, gastvrij en representatief

- Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt klanten duidelijk adviseren

- Je hebt affiniteit met auto’s en mobiliteit

- Je bent flexibel, proactief en stressbestendig

- Je hebt commercieel inzicht

- Ervaring in een klantgerichte, commerciële of administratieve functie is een pré

- Je bent minimaal 18 jaar
