The posting

Voor onze vestiging in Temse zijn we op zoek naar versterking aan de balie. Je werkt nauw samen met de filiaalleider en 3 andere collega’s. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar productkennis niet onbelangrijk is. Hiervoor krijg je uiteraard de nodige ondersteuning en tijd om hierin te groeien. Je helpt de klanten verder door het juiste product voor het juiste probleem aan te bieden. Deze orders registreer je en volg je nauwgezet op via het ERP-systeem.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je draagt bij aan de zorg voor de aankleding van de showroom en het up-to-date houden van de informatie hierin.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het ordelijk beheer van de spil van het bedrijf: het magazijn met zijn logistieke processen.
  • Controle en verwerken van binnenkomende goederen, klaarzetten van bestellingen.
  • Je maakt je ook graag nuttig door, als je niet met klanten bezig bent uiteraard, mee te werken aan de algemene structuur, orde en netheid van het stockgebeuren in het filiaal. (oa onderhouden barcodelabeltjes, stocktelling, …)
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond
  • Schrijven, lezen en spreken kan je vlot in het Nederlands
  • Een afgeronde administratieve of commerciële opleiding.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke, klantgerichte functie.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden (Google Workspace, Microsoft Dynamics,...). Ervaring met CRM-systemen (zoals OneView) is een troef.
