Voor een nuchter productiebedrijf in Sneek zoeken wij een handige Bankwerker. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte voor echt vakwerk. De sfeer is gezellig en we noemen elkaar bij de voornaam. We zijn een laagdrempelig bedrijf met korte lijnen. Je voelt je hier daarom snel thuis.

Je werkt bij ons lekker in de dagdienst. Zo ben je na een productieve dag altijd op tijd voor het avondeten. Je vrije avonden zijn ook echt voor jezelf. We zoeken iemand voor de lange termijn. Daarom krijg je bij goed functioneren direct uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Zoek je een stabiele plek waar jouw vakmanschap wordt gewaardeerd? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! 🚀

Wat ga je doen Als bankwerker zorg je voor de perfecte afwerking van onze producten. Je begint je dag in de werkplaats met een bak koffie en je technische tekeningen. Je houdt je bezig met het bewerken van metalen onderdelen. Je gaat onder andere boren, tappen en ontbramen. Ook het buigen en monteren van constructies hoort bij je werk. Je controleert je eigen werk nauwkeurig op kwaliteit en maatvoering. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat elk product de werkplaats in topconditie verlaat. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je ziet direct resultaat van je werk. 💪
