Als Banquet Sales Medewerker ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat zakelijke bijeenkomsten, congressen, feesten en evenementen tot in de kleinste details verzorgd zijn. Van de eerste aanvraag tot de laatste evaluatie sta jij naast de gast. Je luistert, denkt mee, neemt zorgen uit handen en zorgt ervoor dat verwachtingen worden overtroffen. Zo creëer jij niet alleen succesvolle evenementen, maar ook langdurige relaties. Wat ga je doen? Als Banquet Sales Medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten en evenementen. Je begeleidt onze klanten vanaf de eerste aanvraag tot en met de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het behandelen en opvolgen van zakelijke groeps- en eventaanvragen; - Het opstellen van offertes en het verwerken van afspraken in onze systemen; - Het actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van bestaande relaties; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten vanaf de aanvraag tot en met de reservering; - Het afstemmen van reserveringen en evenementen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen het hotel; - Het ontvangen van gasten en relaties en verzorgen van rondleidingen; - Het bedenken van verrassende en creatieve, out-of-the-box ideeën voor evenementen; - Het verzorgen van aftersales en het onderhouden van de klantrelatie na afloop; - Operationeel aanwezig zijn tijdens belangrijke evenementen en ervoor zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt.
