Ben jij een creatieve souschef, die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de Banqueting? En ben jij altijd voorbereid op onverwachte drukte of een grote groep? Kan jij met jouw talent en ervaring veel waarde toevoegen aan onze keuken? Dan ben jij de Banqueting Souschef die wij zoeken!Welke uitdagingen liggen er voor je klaar? • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het banqueting keukenteam, onder leiding van onze Kitchen Manager; • Je draait alle feesten en partijen op onze banqueting en afdeling door de gasten te voorzien van een lunch, diner of misschien wel een live cooking buffet! • Je bewaakt en controleert de kwaliteit van de gerechten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het doen van de dagelijkse bestellingen van jouw afdeling; • Je bereid de heerlijkste gerechten en denkt mee aan vernieuwing van bijvoorbeeld de menukaarten; • We vinden jouw input hartstikke belangrijk. We horen dan ook graag jouw ideeën over onze menukaart of receptuur! Sparren met de rest van de leiding van de keuken is dan ook zeker onderdeel van jouw werk!

Functie-eisen: Pas jij bij onze toekan familie? Je bent een enthousiaste Banqueting Souschef die graag initiatief toont en leidinggevende kwaliteiten heeft. Je wil er altijd voor zorgen dat onze buffetten er stralend bijstaan!Verder hopen wij dat je het volgende in huis hebt: • MBO werk- en denkniveau; • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar; • Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.Klinkt goed, maar wat krijg je als onderdeel van familie Toekan? Bij ons familiehotel werken we in een open, informele setting. Snel schakelen zit in ons DNA. Daarnaast vinden we het belangrijk dat je de kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te ontplooien. Doorgroeien binnen ons hotel is dus zeker mogelijk! Niet geheel onbelangrijk, je komt terecht in een leuk en gezellig team, waarbij we houden van leuke personeelsuitjes.Daarnaast krijg je bij ons: • Een goed salaris, tussen de €3.000,00 en €3.550,00 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur excl. 8% vaka
