Als Bar Manager bei The Cloud One Hotels koordinierst und leitest du das Bar-Team.

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen:

- Organisation, Koordination und Steuerung der operativen Abläufe an der Bar - Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bar-Teams – von Recruiting über Onboarding bis hin zu Skill-Aufbau und laufenden Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen - Erreichung der Umsatzziele unter Einhaltung der Kostenbudgets - Sicherstellung von Hygienestandards und Sauberkeit an der Bar - Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu lokalen Lieferanten – im Einklang mit dem zentralen Einkauf der Motel One Group - Konzeption und Gestaltung unserer F&B-Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B Manager - Durchsetzung von Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften - Reibungslose Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungen und Marken hinweg
