Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlekkeloos laten draaien van de natte lijn, de walsen en de drogers. Van de procesbesturing via schermen tot het fysieke sleutelwerk aan pompen: het werk is afwisselend en uitdagend. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit de volgende kernactiviteiten • Bedienen, opstarten en bijsturen van de verwerkingsinstallaties aan de natte lijn via geautomatiseerde PLC-schermen. • Zelfstandig aanvoeren van grondstoffen met de heftruck en het nauwkeurig mengen volgens vastgestelde receptuur. • Uitvoeren van hands-on onderhoudswerkzaamheden zoals het de- en monteren en vervangen van procespompen. • Instellen, opstarten en bewaken van de walseninstallaties, drogers en bijbehorende pompinstallaties. • Continu meten en bijsturen van procesparameters zoals temperatuur, dichtheid en viscositeit voor een stabiel eindproduct. • Zorgdragen voor het verpakken, afzakken en kwalitatief beoordelen van de gereedgekomen eindproducten. • Naleven van de strikte HACCP-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften en het netjes houden van de
