Jouw nieuwe baan Naast het leiden van het health center blijf je zelf als arts actief. Minimaal 1 tot 2 shifts per week voer je health checks uit. Zo houd je direct zicht op de medische praktijk en gebruik je die ervaring om processen en zorg verder te verbeteren. Als medisch manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie en kwaliteit. Je stuurt het medische en operationele team aan, coacht en ontwikkelt collega's en bewaakt de medische standaarden. Ook houd je protocollen bij, audit je consulten en ben je beschikbaar als medische achtervang bij complexe casussen. Daarnaast stuur je op KPI's en verbeter je processen om de werkwijze schaalbaar te maken. Ook bewaak je de ervaring van deelnemers aan de health checks. De ambitie is om vanuit medische data, wearables, AI en persoonlijke begeleiding toe te werken naar langdurige ondersteuning bij gezondheid. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Preventieve gezondheidszorg is het uitgangspunt van dit health center. Mensen krijgen hier inzicht in hun gezondheid op basis van medische data, een persoonlijk gesprek en leefstijladvies. De health check is daarbij het startpunt voor verdere begeleiding. Het bedrijf bevindt zich in een groeifase. De werkwijze van deze locatie moet uiteindelijk als basis dienen voor toekomstige locaties. Als medisch manager werk je op locatie en combineer je medische werkzaamheden met leiderschap en operationele verantwoordelijkheid.
