Als ANIOS bedrijfsgeneeskunde geef je werk en gezondheid samen richting. Jouw nieuwe baan Medische vraagstukken krijgen extra betekenis wanneer werk en gezondheid elkaar raken. Als ANIOS bedrijfsgeneeskunde begeleid je medewerkers én ondernemers bij verzuim, herstel en een verantwoorde terugkeer naar de werkvloer. Tijdens spreekuren breng je de belastbaarheid van medewerkers zorgvuldig in kaart. Je kijkt niet alleen naar beperkingen, maar vooral naar mogelijkheden. Iedere situatie vraagt om een frisse blik, waarbij je medische klachten beoordeelt zonder onnodig te medicaliseren. Binnen het mkb heeft verzuim vaak direct gevolgen voor de dagelijkse praktijk. De uitval van 1 medewerker beïnvloedt al snel collega's, de planning en de bedrijfsvoering. Regelmatig spelen ook persoonlijke relaties een rol, bijvoorbeeld binnen familiebedrijven. Daardoor vragen gesprekken om tact, heldere communicatie en een onafhankelijke medische afweging. Samen met medewerker en werkgever werk je aan haalbare re-integratiestappen. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke adviezen die direct toepasbaar zijn. Ondertussen ontwikkel je je verder in het voeren van gesprekken waarin gezondheid, gedrag en werk onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden zijn. Als ANIOS bedrijfsgeneeskunde werk je samen met adviseurs arbeid & gezondheid en een arboverpleegkundige.
