Werk in een multidisciplinair team, behandel diverse psychiatrische aandoeningen en draag bij aan het herstel en de stabilisatie van onze cliënten vanuit een cultuurrijke omgeving. Blijf je ontwikkelen bij ons en maak het verschil met jouw passie en kennis. Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten - De Spoedeisende psychiatrie Kennemerland is een acute psychiatrische dienst die 24 uur per dag bereikbaar is. Naast crisisbeoordelingen bieden wij ook kortdurende crisisbehandeling om een psychiatrische opname te voorkomen of te verkorten. Wij ontvangen verwijzingen van huisartsen, spoedposten/SEH en GGZ-behandelaren voor acute beoordeling en crisisinterventie. - Onze cliëntenpopulatie is zeer divers, zowel in achtergrond als in psychiatrische aandoeningen. Wij behandelen onder andere cliënten met depressies, psychoses en manieën. Onze behandelingen worden uitgevoerd volgens de methodiek van intensive home treatment (IHT), waarbij de voorkeur uitgaat naar behandeling in de eigen omgeving van de cliënt. - Het doel van onze behandelingen is het voorkomen of verkorten van opnames. Dit realiseren wij door middel van huisbezoeken, frequent contact met de cliënt en kortdurende crisisbehandelingen van maximaal acht weken. Hierbij werken wij nauw samen met de directe omgeving van de cliënt. - Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit onder andere psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, basisartsen en ambulant verpleegkundigen. - We hebben uitstekende samenwerkingsverbanden met politie, burgemeesters, huisartsen en andere zorginstellingen.
