Bij Marente Revalidatie en Herstel, afdeling Energie krijg je de ruimte om complexe cognitieve problematiek te ontrafelen, multidisciplinair samen te werken én mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een gespecialiseerde herstelafdeling. Marente team Basisarts Revalidatie en Herstel in Oegstgeest Werken op afdeling Energie Je werkweek is afwisselend en inhoudelijk uitdagend. Je loopt wekelijks visite, neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en voert gesprekken met patiënten en hun naasten over de voortgang van herstel- en diagnostiektrajecten. Daarnaast doe je nieuwe opnames, stel je ontslagbrieven op en vraag je waar nodig WLZ-indicaties aan. Bij complexe casuïstiek overleg je laagdrempelig met ziekenhuisspecialisten, huisartsen en de consulterend psychiater. Ook je ervaring met probleemgedrag en de Wet zorg en dwang (Wzd) komt hierbij goed van pas. Over afdeling Energie Afdeling Energie is een gespecialiseerde herstelafdeling voor kwetsbare ouderen met cognitieve problematiek. Hier combineren we zorgdiagnostiek met herstelgerichte behandeling en begeleiding bij het organiseren van passende vervolgzorg. Het merendeel van de patiënten wordt opgenomen vanwege cognitieve stoornissen waarvoor nog geen definitieve diagnose is gesteld. Vaak is terugkeer naar huis op dat moment niet mogelijk door cognitieve problematiek, lichamelijke achteruitgang of een delier. In een veilige en gestructureerde behandelomgeving brengen we de cognitieve functies en de zorgbehoefte van de patiënt systematisch in kaart.
