- Tijdelijk Basispsycholoog - 16-28 uur Over Sonneburgh Bij Sonneburgh werken we iedere dag met warmte, aandacht en respect voor onze bewoners. Met drie locaties in Rotterdam bieden we persoonsgerichte zorg in een kleinschalige omgeving waar collega's elkaar kennen en de lijnen kort zijn. We werken nauw samen, helpen elkaar en doen wat we beloven. Ter vervanging van een zwangerschapsverlof zoeken wij per 15 oktober 2026 tot 1 maart 2027 een: Basispsycholoog (20-28 uur) Ben je minimaal 16 uur beschikbaar? Ook dan nodigen we je uit om te reageren. ZZP'ers zijn eveneens welkom om te solliciteren. Wat ga je doen? Als basispsycholoog ondersteun je bewoners, familie en zorgteams bij psychologische en gedragsvraagstukken. Je werkt met bewoners met zowel psychogeriatrische als somatische zorgvragen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van (neuro) psychologisch onderzoek (cognitief, gedrag en stemming) en diagnostiek - Het opstellen van behandel- en benaderadviezen voor zorgteams en familie. - Individuele behandeling en mediatieve gedragstherapie. - Adviseren en coachen van verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen en andere disciplines. - Deelname aan multidisciplinaire overleggen. - Een bijdrage leveren aan besluitvorming rondom opname, overplaatsing en ontslag. - Je wordt ingezet op alle drie de locaties (Charlois, IJsselmonde en Pernis). Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding Psychologie. - Aantoonbare ervaring in de ouderenzorg. - Ervaring met psychogeriatrie, somatiek en diagnostiek binnen de VVT. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en zoekt tegelijkertijd actief de samenwerking op. - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met bewoners, naasten en collega's. - Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer zijn een pré.
