Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist bei Bauprojekten von Anfang bis Abschluss in technischer, wirtschaftlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht immer die erste Ansprechperson und führst Bauvorhaben in jeglicher Größenordnung aus.

* Du arbeitest eng mit den zuständigen Baukauffrauen und -männern zusammen.

* Die Kontrolle über alle Bauvorgaben, Abläufe, Abrechnungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften liegt bei dir.

* Auftraggeber*innen, Bauherrenvertretungen, Behörden, Subunternehmen und Professionist*innen wissen, auf wen sie immer bauen können.

* Du interessierst dich idealerweise für die Kalkulationsbearbeitung und Angebotserstellung.

* Mitarbeiter*innen, Polier*innen und Subunternehmen koordinieren und beaufsichtigen ist eine spannende Herausforderung.

Dein Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung auf einer HTL, Uni oder FH von Vorteil - Quereinsteiger aus dem Baunebengewerbe willkommen.

* Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, vorzugsweise im Hochbau.

* Dass du dich mit MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD und iTWO auskennst.

* Eigenständiges Arbeiten, aber auch Führungsstärke und immer mit Teamgeist.

* Führerschein B
