WEITERBILDUNG und AUFSTIEGSMÖGLICHKEITEN:

So haben sich zum Beispiel schon einige LKW-Fahrer_innen zu hervorragenden Disponent_innen oder Mischmeister_innen entwickelt.

ATTRAKTIVE LEHRAUSBILDUNGEN:

Die Ausbildung der Jugend ist uns bei "Mittendorfer" immer wieder ein Anliegen. In unregelmäßigen Abständen nehmen wir Lehrlinge in den Bereichen Bürokaufmann/-frau (mw/d) und Mechaniker_innen auf.

Wir möchten gerne unser bestehendes Team verstärken, diesbezüglich können wir Ihnen nachstehendes Stellenangebot anbieten: 1 Bauleiter_in - Tiefbau *** Vollzeit (39 Std./Wo.) Standort: 4813 Altmünster Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung, bzw. ab sofort möglich

AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Technische Arbeitsvorbereitung, Koordination und Abwicklung

* Ausführung von Aufmaß, Vermessung und Abrechnung

* Auftragsvergabe und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten

* Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung

* Massenermittlung

* Erstellung von Abrechnungsplänen inkl. Abrechnung

* Nachtragsverhandlung, Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Dokumentation

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, etc.) mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Kenntnisse in AutoCAD (BricsCAD), MS-Office, Nevaris von Vorteil

* Verlässliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Einsatzbereitschaft

ARBEITSZEIT / ENTLOHNUNG / SONSTIGES:

* Dauerstelle

* Arbeitsbeginn: zum ehest möglichen Eintrittstermin, bzw. ab sofort möglich

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß einer 39 Std.-/5 Tage-Woche

* Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag - nach Vereinbarung

* Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 69.300,- (abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine entsprechende Anpassung möglich!), inkl. Firmenfahrzeug zur privaten Nutzung
