Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Leitung von Hochbauprojekten (Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsverantwortung)

* Schnittstelle zu Auftraggebern, Subunternehmern und dem Baustellenteam

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Baubesprechungen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Qualitätsanforderungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (HTL, FH, TU, Lehre oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als BauleiterIn im Hochbau

* Hohe Kommunikations¿ und Organisationsfähigkeit

* Zielorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein Gehalt ab 5.050 € brutto/Monat(bei Vollzeit lt. KV Bau Facharbeiter II), Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich.
