Dabei setzen wir auf die ökologische Elementbauweise sowie nachhaltige, energieeffiziente Lösungen. 1 Bautechniker:in mit Schwerpunkt Kalkulation (m/w/d) Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Kalkulation, die mit technischem Verständnis, wirtschaftlichem Denken und einem guten Gespür für Baukosten zum Erfolg unserer Projekte beiträgt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsanfragen

* Erstellung von Angebots- und Projektkalkulationen für Generalunternehmerprojekte

* Analyse von Ausschreibungs-, Planungs- und Vertragsunterlagen

* Massenermittlung und Kostenberechnung

* Einholung, Prüfung und Auswertung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerangeboten

* Erstellung von Preisspiegeln und Mitwirkung bei Vergabeentscheidungen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Ausführungsvarianten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Einkauf, Planung und Ausführung

* Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Kalkulations- und Angebotsprozesse

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bauwesen, beispielsweise:

** HTL Hochbau oder Bautechnik

** Bauhandwerkerschule

** Meisterschule Bau und Holzbau

** Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Alternativ praktische Erfahrung im Hochbau, in der Bauleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Bauausführung

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit NEVARIS oder vergleichbaren Kalkulationsprogrammen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denken

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Lernbereitschaft

Entlohnung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Gewerbe, Handwerk und in der Dienstleistung ab EUR 2.528,04 brutto pro Monat (Verwendungsgruppe III).

Abhängig von Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und persönlichem Engagement besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung.
