Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereich

· Technische Begleitung und Bearbeitung von Projekten im Fertigteilbau

· Anfertigung von Übersichts-, Schal- und Produktionsplänen für Fertigteile

· Ausarbeitung von Bewehrungszeichnungen nach den jeweiligen Projektanforderungen

· Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung konstruktiver Detail- und Sonderlösungen

· Enge Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Kalkulation, Produktion und Montage sowie Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und ausführenden Baufirmen

· Vorbereitung und Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen für die Projektabrechnung

Anforderungen

· Technischer Ausbildungshintergrund im Hoch- oder Tiefbau

· Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software, vorzugsweise Allplan Nemetschek

· Routine im Einsatz von MS Office

· Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit

· Eigenständige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

· Im Anschluss fällt i.d.R. zeitnahe die Entscheidung hinsichtlich Zu- oder Absage.

· Wir begleiten Sie bis zur Dienstvertragsunterzeichnung in diesem Prozess.
