Als Logistiek Medewerker (BBL) werk je mee in het logistieke hart van onze organisatie. Je combineert werken met leren en krijgt de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen verschillende logistieke processen. Daarbij word je begeleid door ervaren collega's die je stap voor stap meenemen in het vak. Je bent betrokken bij de ontvangst en uitgifte van goederen en leert hoe belangrijk nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit zijn binnen logistiek. Naast het fysieke werk ontwikkel je ook inzicht in processen, administratie en kwaliteitsbewaking. Zo bouw je aan een brede basis voor een toekomst in de logistiek. In deze rol leer je onder andere: - Het laden en lossen van binnenkomende goederen en het controleren van aantallen en staat van levering; - Het verzendklaar maken van uitgaande goederen en het verzorgen van de juiste documentatie; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het signaleren van afwijkingen; - Het werken met logistieke systemen en interne procedures; - Het samenwerken met collega's van logistiek, productie en planning. Vereisten Wij vragen - Je volgt of gaat starten met een BBL-opleiding in de richting logistiek; - Je hebt interesse in logistieke processen, goederenstromen en kwaliteit; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk om afspraken na te komen; - Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren en staat open voor begeleiding op de werkvloer; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal voldoende voor werk en opleiding; - Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Rijssen, Twente of Overijssel.
