Je gaat vier dagen werken, één dag naar school en je leert terwijl je salaris verdient. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als BBL'er leer je hoe houten onderdelen worden samengesteld tot een compleet product. In het begin loop je mee met ervaren collega's, daarna ga je steeds meer zelfstandig werken. Je ziet elke dag wat je gemaakt hebt. Dat maakt je werk mooi! Tijdens jouw opleiding ga je vier dagen werken en één dag naar school. Wat je op school leert, pas je direct toe in de werkplaats. Zo groei je snel in het vak. Wat je onder andere gaat doen in de werkplaats: - Houten onderdelen monteren en assembleren - Werken met handgereedschap en machines - Technische tekeningen leren lezen - Controleren of alles klopt en past - Samenwerken met collega's in de werkplaats

Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat aan de slag bij een nuchtere Twentse producent in Rijssen. Hier worden houten maatwerkproducten gemaakt voor verschillende sectoren. Alles wordt in eigen werkplaats voorbereid. Jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat onderdelen perfect worden gemonteerd en klaar zijn voor levering. Je werkt in een vast team. De sfeer is direct. Geen gedoe. Gewoon samen zorgen dat het werk goed gebeurt. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een marktconform salaris tussen €2.600 - €3.100 terwijl je leert; - Wij betalen jouw volledige opleidingskosten; - Begeleiding van een vaste leermeester; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie; - Extra maatwerkbegeleiding vanuit ons om je slagingskansen te vergroten; - Uitzicht op een vast contract na het behalen van je diploma.
