Bij Kanteel Kinderopvang kun je werken én leren tegelijk. In februari 2027 starten we weer met een nieuwe groep Pedagogisch Professionals in opleiding, en misschien hoor jij daar wel bij! We horen graag hoe je dit toepast - Je hebt een mbo-opleiding afgerond op niveau 3, of een mbo-niveau 2 diploma met ruime werkervaring - Je bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2027 om aan zowel je studie als je werk te beginnen Dit doe jij Naast je opleiding ga je minimaal twee dagen per week aan de slag op één van onze 40+ locaties. Daar word je intensief begeleid en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een pedagogisch professional. Stel je voor: je begint de dag op één van onze locaties, waar de kinderen je vrolijk begroeten. Samen met je collega's bedenk je leuke activiteiten. Misschien organiseer je een knutselmiddag, ga je op avontuur buiten of lees je voor in de knusse voorleeshoek. Je neemt steeds meer initiatief en pakt taken op, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat de kinderen zich in een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving kunnen ontwikkelen. En het mooiste?
