Je gaat één dag per week naar school en leert de rest van de week in de praktijk. Vanaf je eerste werkdag draai je mee in de zorg en ontdek je stap voor stap wat het vak van verpleegkundige inhoudt. Jij ontwikkelt je verpleegkundige blik Je leert hoe je verpleegkundige zorg verleent, klinisch redeneert en onderbouwde keuzes maakt. Je ontdekt hoe je signalen verbindt, de juiste vragen stelt en helpt bepalen wat nodig is. Stap voor stap ontwikkel je de kennis en vaardigheden die horen bij het vak van verpleegkundige. Je leert kijken naar de persoon achter de zorgvraag en draagt bij aan passende, veilige en kwalitatief goede zorg. Hoe jij het verschil maakt Je leert: • verpleegkundige zorg verlenen • klinisch redeneren en onderbouwde keuzes maken • verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren • signalen herkennen, verbinden en hierop handelen • bijdragen aan kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg • samenwerken met cliënten, naasten en zorgprofessionals Hoe je dit leert Je leert vooral door te doen. Samen met ervaren collega's oefen je vaardigheden in de praktijk. Je krijgt begeleiding, stelt vragen en ontdekt stap voor stap waar jouw talenten liggen. Waar je kunt werken Tijdens je opleiding maak je kennis met verschillende vormen van zorg. Je werkt op een PG-afdeling, binnen de somatiek, revalidatiezorg of in de wijkzorg. Zo leer je verschillende doelgroepen, zorgvragen en werkomgevingen kennen en ontdek je stap voor stap waar jij je het meest thuis voelt.
