The posting

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en coördinatie van transportopdrachten voor klanten binnen de automotive sector. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig, correct en kostenefficiënt hun bestemming bereiken.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het analyseren van transportaanvragen op basis van aard, omvang en urgentie van de zending.
  • Het selecteren van de meest geschikte transportoplossing en transportmodaliteit.
  • Het plannen en opvolgen van nationale en internationale transporten.
  • Het onderhouden van dagelijkse contacten met klanten, transporteurs en andere logistieke partners.
  • Het proactief informeren van klanten over de status van hun zendingen.
  • Het bewaken van afgesproken deadlines, kwaliteitseisen en kosten.
  • Het snel en efficiënt oplossen van operationele problemen en onvoorziene situaties.
  • Het verwerken en controleren van transport- en expeditiedocumenten.
  • Het uitbouwen van een duurzame relatie met een vaste klantenportefeuille.
  • Het bijdragen aan een optimale klanttevredenheid door een kwalitatieve en betrouwbare dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen expeditie, forwarding of logistiek.
  • Je werkt graag voor een vaste klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van expeditiedocumenten en transportprocessen.
  • Kennis van incoterms, wegvrachtreglementeringen en internationale transportstromen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent sterk georganiseerd en behoudt overzicht, ook in drukke situaties.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Word en MS Excel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je functioneert uitstekend in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
