Voor een internationale speler binnen de maritieme sector zoeken we een Bediende Operations Import die energie haalt uit coördinatie, opvolging en het vlekkeloos laten verlopen van importdossiers. Je komt terecht in een modern kantoor op een duurzame site in Antwerpen, waar teamwork en kennisdeling centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging Als Operations Import Medewerker maak je deel uit van een gedreven team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de volledige behandeling van scheepsdossiers. Jij bent de spil tussen klanten, terminals en internationale kantoren.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Openen en voorbereiden van scheepsdossiers (car carriers)
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van importlijsten
  • Coördineren van transshipments en feeders
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van RORO- en statische (mafi) lossingen
  • Verzorgen en opvolgen van initiële douaneaangiftes (PN/TS)
  • Actief communiceren met klanten, terminals en internationale kantoren
  • Opvolgen van laadassistentie en correcte cargo-afleveringen
  • Naleven van klantspecifieke procedures
  • Verwerken van facturatie en samenwerking met boekhouding
