Voor onze klant te Affligem zijn we op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke voor de planning en administratie.

Heb jij reeds ervaring met het maken van werkplanningen? Vind je het leuk in te spelen in steeds veranderende situaties? Dan is dit misschien de job die jij zoekt!

Het takenpakket van een Verantwoordelijke voor planning en administratie heeft 2 onderdelen.

Enerzijds sta je in voor de soft HR:

  • Je neemt sollicitaties af van toekomstige chauffeurs;
  • Je ontvangt chauffeurs bij opstart;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van chauffeurs;

Anderzijds sta je samen met je collega in voor de planning:

  • Dagelijks maak je de werkplanning voor chauffeurs op;
  • Bij ziekte van chauffeurs of onvoorziene omstandigheden weet jij telkens snel een oplossing te bieden;
  • Je staat in contact met chauffeurs om een vlot verloop te garanderen;
  • Permanentie hoort hier ook bij. De permanentie regeling bespreek je samen met je naaste collega.

Als Verantwoordelijke voor planning en administratie beschik je over volgend profiel:

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring met het opmaken van werkplanningen of productieplanningen;
  • Je bent in staat om vernieuwende ideeën en structuur te brengen;
  • Je bent matuur en kunt de touwtjes in handen nemen wanneer nodig;
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig eventueel met een goede kennis Frans;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en communiceert duidelijk;
  • Je zult licht administratief werk uitvoeren en hier sta je ook voor open;
  • Permanentiedienst schrikt je niet af;
