Ben jij de ideale brug tussen internationale klanten en vlekkeloze logistieke export? Krijg je energie van commercieel klantcontact én klinkt het beheren van complexe internationale douane- en exportdossiers jou als muziek in de oren?

Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Sales & Export Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je commerciële klantrelaties met de administratieve en wettelijke opvolging van wereldwijde exportzendingen.

Jouw uitdaging

In deze rol verdeel je je expertise gelijkmatig over twee pijlers (50% Sales / 50% Export):

1. Sales & Klantenrelaties (50%)

  • Klantrelaties: Je onderhoudt een vlot en professioneel contact met internationale klanten en fungeert als vertrouwde contactpersoon.
  • Commerciële Opvolging: Je stelt nauwkeurige offertes en prijslijsten op, verstuurt deze en volgt ze proactief op.
  • Marktkansen: Je helpt mee nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten te detecteren en uit te bouwen.
  • Events & Beurzen: Je ondersteunt de Sales Manager bij projecten, helpt beurzen voor te bereiden en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op locatie en tijdens internationale vakbeurzen.

2. Export Operations & Certificering (50%)

  • Dossierbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve opvolging van exportdossiers, zodat zendingen wereldwijd vlot verlopen.
  • Certificering: Je vraagt gezondheidscertificaten aan en volgt deze nauwgezet op in samenspraak met officiële instanties (o.a. FAVV).
  • Documentenstroom: Je verzamelt en controleert alle benodigde exportdocumenten, zoals oorsprongsverklaringen en douanepapieren.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Met de nodige ondersteuning bouw je mee aan de verdere professionalisering van de exportstructuur en verdiep je je in internationale exportwetgeving.

Jouw profiel

  • Commerciële ingesteldheid: Je communiceert vlot, klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Nauwkeurig & Gestructureerd: Je werkt punctueel met oog voor detail; wettelijke documentatie vereist immers precisie.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een sterke troef.
  • Mindset boven diploma: Motivatie, leergierigheid en de juiste vaardigheden zijn belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma. Ervaring met exportdocumenten, douaneprocessen of FAVV is mooi meegenomen!
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om af en toe te reizen voor klantenbezoeken of internationale beurzen.
