Als bediende Vakantieverhuur krijg je de volle verantwoordelijkheid over het reilen en zeilen van onze vakantieverblijven. Jij bent de spin in het web voor zowel eigenaars als vakantiegangers en regelt alles van A tot Z.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Eigenaars overtuigen en ontzorgen: Je bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor huiseigenaars. Je overtuigt hen om hun pand aan ons toe te vertrouwen en bouwt een sterke band met ze op.
  • Gasten een topvakantie bezorgen: Je ontvangt vakantiegangers met een glimlach, helpt ze bij vragen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloos verblijf.
  • De organisatie strak trekken: Je plant de schoonmaak en inspecties, stelt contracten op en zorgt dat administratief alles op rolletjes loopt.
  • Panden aantrekkelijk presenteren: Met pakkende teksten en sterke foto’s zet je onze verblijven online en offline strak in de markt.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma toerisme, vastgoed, administratie of marketing.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en ziet werk liggen; jij hebt niemand nodig die zegt wat je moet doen.
  • Je bent commercieel, gastvrij en pakt problemen meteen praktisch op.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en bewaart altijd het overzicht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en goed Frans
  • Je kan werken op zaterdagen (woensdag en zondag ben je thuis)
