Onze klant is in een kwarteeuw uitgegroeid tot de referentie in de Brusselse rand betreffende optimaal en onafhankelijk financieel advies Als commercieel medewerker verzekeringen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je adviseert over verzekeringsproducten, stelt offertes op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van polisaanvragen. Daarnaast onderhoud je proactief contact met bestaande klanten en signaleer je commerciële kansen. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en ondersteunt hen bij de voorbereiding van klantgesprekken.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Klanten telefonisch en per e-mail adviseren over verzekeringsproducten
  • Offertes opstellen en opvolgen
  • Klantgegevens beheren en bijhouden in het CRM-systeem
  • Ondersteunen bij schadedossiers en administratieve afhandeling
  • Bijdragen aan commerciële acties en campagnes

Dit ben jij helemaal

  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans en het Nederlands. Een basiskennis Engels is een troef.
  • Polyvalent is your middle name. Je kan vlot switchen tussen verschillende taken: je springt gemakkelijk van het ene dossier naar het andere zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit of je klantenrelaties
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je houdt van persoonlijk klantencontact en biedt maar al te graag een luisterend oor
  • Geduld is een schone zaak: je toont altijd begrip voor klanten, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en helpt je collega’s waar nodig
  • Je bent joviaal en positief ingesteld
  • Afwachten staat niet in je woordenboek. Je neemt zelf initiatief en zoekt commerciële oplossingen waarmee je inspeelt op de behoeften van je klanten.
  • Een bachelor in financiën en verzekeringswezen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring is zeker een troef maar geen noodzaak.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een administratieve functie
