OZO Hotels opent een gloednieuw, modern hotel in Hoofddorp met meer dan 300 kamers, hoogwaardige vergaderfaciliteiten, een restaurant, een stijlvolle lobby, een gym en een wellness. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste bediening medewerker. Als bediening medewerker ben je het gezicht van het restaurant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gastvrij ontvangen, bedienen en begeleiden van gasten. Je zorgt dat gasten zich welkom voelen en draagt bij aan een positieve en complete restaurantbeleving. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Gastvrij ontvangen en begeleiden van gasten naar hun tafel. • Opnemen van bestellingen en geven van informatie of advies over menu en dranken. • Serveren van eten en drinken op een correcte en vriendelijke manier. • Voorbereiden en opdekken van tafels en het restaurant. • Opruimen, afruimen en schoonhouden van tafels en werkruimtes. • Afrekenen met gasten en verzorgen van een correcte kassahandeling. • Signaleren van wensen of klachten van gasten en hier adequaat op inspelen. • Samenwerken met collega's in keuken en bediening voor een soepel verloop van de service. • Zorgdragen voor naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
