De eisen die Werkzaak Rivierenland stelt aan de bedrijfsverpleegkundige (BVK) zijn hieronder te lezen onder de visie en houding, overige eisen (kennis en kunde, netwerk, praktisch, en registratie en tarief) zijn vermeld in de vereisten. Visie - De visie van de bedrijfsarts sluit aan op de visie van Werkzaak Rivierenland; - De bedrijfsarts is gericht op kansen en mogelijkheden en denkt proactief mee om de re-integratie van medewerkers te bevorderen en de verzuimduur waar mogelijk te verkorten. Houding - Is onafhankelijk en onpartijdig; - Samenwerkingsgericht; zoekt actief het contact met betrokkenen, en interne professionals; - Werkt nauw samen met de interne psychologen en de bedrijfsverpleegkundigen. Verwijst onderzoeken indien nodig door naar hen; - Communicatief sterk zowel procesgericht als qua inhoud (o.a. duidelijke adviesrapportages en heldere adviezen); - De-medicaliseert waar mogelijk en komt met voorstellen hoe re-integratie te bevorderen; - Is proactief in het signaleren van trends;...
