Stap in de bedrijfsauto en bezoek grote organisaties én mkb-klanten in Friesland, Groningen en Drenthe. Ook thuiswerken hoort erbij. Jouw nieuwe baan Jouw werkweek brengt veel afwisseling. De ene dag bezoek je een grote organisatie. Je loopt over de werkvloer, spreekt leidinggevenden en krijgt snel inzicht in de dagelijkse praktijk. De volgende dag zit je aan tafel bij een mkb-bedrijf. Dankzij de korte lijnen zie je direct wat jouw advies oplevert. Na een uitgebreid inwerktraject ga je zelfstandig aan de slag. Je voert bedrijfsgeneeskundige spreekuren, begeleidt medewerkers met complexe vraagstukken en richt je ook op preventieve spreekuren. Daarnaast ondersteun je werknemers en werkgevers bij duurzame inzetbaarheid en geef je advies aan medewerkers, leidinggevenden, HR, preventiemedewerkers, directie, management en de ondernemingsraad. Bovendien vervul je de rol van medisch adviseur. Je verlegt de aandacht van behandelen naar voorkomen en draagt bij aan herstel, behoud en ontwikkeling van de inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Rust en kwaliteit staan centraal in jouw werkdag. Er is voldoende tijd om casussen te bespreken, verdiepend onderzoek te doen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt samen met bedrijfsartsen, keuringsartsen, A(N)IOS, praktijkondersteuners en inzetbaarheidscoaches. Regelmatig neem je deel aan intervisie met collega-artsen. Iedere 6 weken ontmoet je alle artsen tijdens een vakinhoudelijk overleg, waar praktijkervaringen worden gedeeld, gastsprekers kennis delen en ruimte is om ervaringen uit te wisselen.
