Er wordt hard gewerkt maar er is ook zeker ruimte voor gezelligheid. Het leuke aan de functie van Bedrijfsbureau Medewerker is dat je een breed takenpakket hebt. Naast het calculeren bereid je ook de civiele projecten voor, het gaat hierbij met name om werkzaamheden aan ondergrondse leidingwerk. Je bent eigenlijk Calculator, Werkvoorbereider en Tekenaar in 1. Je schrijft in op projecten en stelt concurrerende maar realistische calculaties op van bestekken en offertes voor werkzaamheden aan ondergrondse leidingwerk. Je vraagt prijzen en offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. Naast de calculaties houd jij je ook bezig met de werkvoorbereiding zoals het bestellen en reserveren van materialen en dit vastleggen op de inkoop notities. Het verzorgen van de werkmappen en de compleetheid hiervan, het opstellen van de werkplanning, verkeersplanning en het uitzetten van de werken buiten. Jij onderhoudt de contacten met alle betrokken partijen en je maakt diverse kleine tekeningen in AutoCAD. Hiernaast zal je ook diverse KAM zaken oppakken waaronder het opstellen van een VGM-plan en is het mogelijk om diverse overige taken en verantwoordelijkheden die je leuk vindt naar je toe te trekken.
