Je brengt rust in complexe vraagstukken en legt de nadruk op wat wél kan. Naast het adviseren over flexibele arbeidsrelaties lever je een bijdrage aan het in stand houden van onze certificeringen, waaronder NEN 4400-1 en ISO 9001. Ook beoordeel je aanbestedingen en onderhandel je over voorwaarden in commerciële contracten. Daarmee vervul je een sleutelrol binnen onze organisatie . Opdrachtomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Bedrijfsjurist ben je het juridische aanspreekpunt voor directie, management en collega's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren over de inzet van onder andere zzp'ers, uitzendkrachten en consultants bij onze eindklanten. Je kent de bijbehorende wet- en regelgeving (o.a. Wet DBA, Waadi en Wtta) en weet hierover praktisch en helder te adviseren. Je houdt dossiers compleet en bewaakt de rechtmatigheid; - Beoordelen van aanbestedingsdocumenten en adviseren over juridische en commerciële risico's; - Opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van commerciële overeenkomsten met klanten en leveranciers; - Ondersteunen van collega's bij het in stand houden van onze certificeringen (NEN 4400-1 en ISO 9001); - Informeren van directie, management en collega's over relevante ontwi...
