Wat ga je doen Als Bedrijfsjurist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor juridische vragen binnen Oasen. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten en dossiers waarbij jouw kennis van omgevingsrecht het verschil maakt. Je adviseert collega's, toetst documenten en contracten en helpt risico's vroegtijdig te signaleren. Zo zorg je ervoor dat alles waterdicht, duidelijk en compliant verloopt, terwijl je jezelf blijft ontwikkelen in een dynamische, praktijkgerichte omgeving. Verder ga je aan de slag met: - Adviseren over juridische vraagstukken, met focus op omgevingsrecht; kennis van bouwrecht is een mooie pré; - Opstellen en toetsen van contracten, overeenkomsten en juridische documenten, zodat samenwerking met externe partijen waterdicht en duidelijk is; - Signaleren en beoordelen van juridische risico's en wet‑ en regelgeving, en collega's hierover adviseren zodat Oasen compliant blijft; - Ondersteunen van interne teams bij juridische aspecten van projecten, aanbestedingen en vergunningstrajecten; - Bijblijven in je vakgebied: volgen van nieuwe wetten, jurisprudentie en trends om advies altijd actueel en scherp te houden. Team Het team juridische zaken en inkoop bestaat uit diverse professionals zoals medewerkers juridische zaken, medewerkers inkoop, (senior) adviseurs inkoop en aanbesteding, adviseurs vergunningen, contractmanagers en bedrijfsjuristen.
