Dan is deze functie als bedrijfsleider in Hoogeveen misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een betrokken organisatie met twee locaties in Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een bedrijfsleider voor de locatie in Hoogeveen. Je komt terecht op een kleinschalige productielocatie met ongeveer vijf collega's. Vanuit jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken en ben je de verbindende factor tussen de productie, klanten, planning en de andere locatie.

Een achtergrond als bedrijfsleider is voor deze functie niet noodzakelijk. Een technische achtergrond, nieuwsgierigheid en de drive om je zaken eigen te maken vinden we veel belangrijker. Je krijgt de ruimte om de organisatie en werkzaamheden goed te leren kennen en vervolgens steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.

Je krijgt een zelfstandige rol binnen een klein team, met volop ruimte om je eigen stempel te drukken. De voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand die 40 uur per week wil werken, maar minder uren zijn ook bespreekbaar. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag en de werktijden liggen ongeveer tussen 07.00/07.30 en 16.00/16.30 uur. Je komt direct bij de opdrachtgever in dienst.

Wat ga je doen?

Als bedrijfsleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op de locatie in Hoogeveen. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig, maar hebt daarnaast contact met verschillende mensen binnen en buiten de organisatie.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een klein team van ongeveer vijf collega's - Je maakt en bewaakt de planning en houdt overzicht over de werkzaamheden - Je stemt af met het verkoopkantoor en de planning op de andere locatie - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten over aanvragen, opdrachten, planning en uitv
