- Actueel - Over Odin - Boerderij Over Odin - Service Bedrijfsleider Breda Voor onze winkel in Breda zoeken wij een enthousiaste bedrijfsleider. Voor 32 tot 37 uur per week, werkdagen maandag tot en met zaterdag Mensen die boodschappen doen bij Odin dragen bij aan een betere wereld. Al onze producten zijn 100% biologisch en het liefst biodynamisch. Ze komen van leveranciers die, samen met ons, zorgen voor een eerlijke, gezonde en duurzame voedselketen. Voor onze producten zijn geen kunstmest en chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen gebruikt. Ze belasten ons klimaat zo min mogelijk. Wat verwachten wij? Als bedrijfsleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goed functionerende winkel voor onze betrokken klanten. Je draagt zorg voor het optimaal inrichten van het verkoopproces om het beste resultaat te behalen. Je weet je team te motiveren, te stimuleren en te inspireren om de gestelde doelen te bereiken. Je zorgt voor een prettige sfeer en werkt mee. Verder zorg je voor netheid en hygiëne en voor een accurate en actuele administratie. Daarnaast geef je zelf het goede voorbeeld door onze leden en klanten te inspireren met jouw kennis en passie voor onze biologische en biodynamische producten. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als bedrijfsleider in de retail of horeca en bent gewend om medewerkers te coachen en motiveren; - Je vindt het leuk om te verkopen, presenteert de producten aantrekkelijk en ziet lokale kansen die je graag verzilvert; - Je smeedt je eigen team, voert onder andere functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat de winkelmedewerkers de kennis en vaardigheden hebben om hun werk goed uit te voeren; - Je hebt affiniteit met en kennis van biologische en biodynamische voeding en draagt de idealen van Odin actief uit.
