Het aansturen en motiveren van de monteurs en de medewerkers op de operationele afdelingen zoals engineering en werkvoorbereiding. Het coördineren van de montage werkzaamheden en de werkvoorbereiding. Projectplanning en de het bewaken van de levertijden. Het tijdig informeren van de klanten over leverdata en eventuele afwijkingen Het bewaken van de project budgetten. Het samenstellen en beheer van de technische constructie dossiers Het bijwonen en actief deelnemen aan project vergaderingen. Het beleggen van de werkoverleg vergaderingen Aanwezig zijn op de projecten en daar waar nodig bijsturen. Oplossingsgericht handelen. Motiveren van medewerkers. Het nemen van correctieve maatregelen indien noodzakelijk.

Bevoegdheden: Het nemen van beslissingen t.a.v. de inzet van mensen en middelen. Het besluiten tot overwerk op de afdeling service, werkvoorbereiding en montage. Het besluiten tot inlenen van tijdelijk personeel. Het nemen van beslissingen van operationele aard bij afwezigheid van de directie. Het adviseren van de directie t.a.v. verbeteringen en uitbestedingen. Het tegen de juiste prijs- kwaliteit verhouding inkopen van materialen Het plegen van overleg met klanten.

Verantwoordelijkheden van de Bedrijfsleider:

Kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de werkzaamheden Uitvoering werkzaamheden binnen de project budgetten. Nakomen van de afgesproken levertijden van de projecten. Werkomstandigheden en sfeer op de diverse operationele afdelingen. Orde en netheid op de diverse operationele afdelingen en werklocaties. Juiste en consequente toepassing van werkprocedures. Juiste administratieve verwerking van orders, meer- en minderwerken en afkeur. Personele bezetting Informatie overdracht en communicatie naar de afdelingen, administratie, productie en montage Efficiency en doelmatigheid in het technisch ontwerp en oplossing Veiligheid
