Als fulltime bedrijfsleider op Schiermonnikoog ga jij aan de slag in een unieke functie waarin je de leiding hebt over een groot team. - Je geeft leiding aan een team van 30+ medewerkers; - Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleider om iedereen te coachen, motiveren en efficiënt in te zetten; - Je bewaakt de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de winkel en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bestelproces en het voorraadbeheer; - Je leidt niet alleen vanaf kantoor, maar steekt in de winkel ook zelf actief de handen uit de mouwen; - Je draagt bij aan het behalen van de financiële en commerciële doelstellingen van de winkel; - Je schakelt snel om in te spelen op de sterk wisselende drukte tussen het winter- en zomerseizoen op het eiland; - Je signaleert zelfstandig knelpunten en onderneemt hier direct en besluitvaardig actie op. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 22,50 tot € 30,00 bruto per uur; - Een jaarcontact voor 40 uur per week; - Eigen woonruimte op Schiermonnikoog direct boven de winkel (appartement van ca. 40 m² met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer, keuken en badkamer) tegen een vergoeding van € 650,- per 4 weken; - Een zelfstandige en uitdagende functie met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, ideeën en het nemen van beslissingen; - De mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als leidinggevende; - Een unieke, afwisselende werkplek op Schiermonnikoog waar de drukte van een supermarkt samenkomt met de rust van het eiland; - Een gezellig, divers team!
