Als bedrijfsleider (bij ons bekend als winkelmanager) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor 'jouw' winkel. Samen met het team tover je elk winkelbezoek om tot een feestje voor de klant. Met een scherp oog voor detail zorg je voor een juiste presentatie van ons verrassende assortiment. Je weet anderen te motiveren en coachen, en geeft daarbij zelf het goede voorbeeld. Met jouw passie voor retail creëer je een fijne werkomgeving waarin je de collega's stimuleert het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Verder benut je iedere kans door: - Jouw team te motiveren en te zorgen voor een goede begeleiding. - Het coördineren van de personeels- en activiteitenplanning, inclusief het beheer van geld, goederen, personeel en urenadministratie. - Regelmatig te schakelen met de regiomanager. Je bespreekt dan onder andere de kansen die je ziet richting de klant, jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de ontwikkeling van je team. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat iedere klant de winkel met een glimlach en een gevulde tas verlaat. Da's leuk van Xenos!
