Synaeda - Beeldend Therapeut - Sneek Beeldend Therapeut - Sneek 16-24 uur 25-10-2026 hbo Beeldend Therapeut - Sneek 16-24 uur Jouw functie bij Synaeda Als beeldend therapeut bij Synaeda bied je behandeling aan patiënten met zowel enkelvoudige als complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Je zet beeldende therapie doelgericht in als onderdeel van het behandeltraject en sluit daarbij aan bij wat de patiënt nodig heeft om stappen te zetten richting herstel. Je richt je voornamelijk op individuele behandelingen en werkt met een eigen caseload. Binnen jouw vakgebied heb je veel ruimte om passende behandelmethoden, technieken en materialen in te zetten. Je werkt vanuit onze locatie in Sneek, waar de behandelingen plaatsvinden en je onderdeel bent van een betrokken team. Gedurende de werkdag zijn er volop mogelijkheden om met collega's te overleggen en te sparren over de behandeling en de beste aanpak voor de patiënt. Binnen jouw rol combineer je zelfstandigheid met samenwerking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen vakgebied en werkt tegelijkertijd nauw samen met collega's en andere behandelaren om patiënten de juiste ondersteuning en behandeling te bieden. Wat je van ons mag verwachten - Een zelfstandige functie waarbij je veel vrijheid hebt om verschillende behandelingen in te zetten die passen bij jouw expertise als beeldend therapeut - Mogelijkheden om jouw eigen inbreng en nieuwe ideeën binnen het vakgebied in de praktijk uit te voeren - Optimale administratieve ondersteuning van het secretariaat. Vrijwel alle administratieve taken worden door het secretariaat uitgevoerd, zodat jij je kunt focussen op de behandelingen - Sparringmogelijkheden met andere beeldend therapeuten - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO GGZ, inschaling in FWG 55, min. € 4.000, - max. € 5.294, - o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband - Balansbudget van € 1.000, - per jaar bij een voltijd dienstverband - Individueel opleidingsbudget van € 630,-/900,- die je naar eige...
