Begeleider EVB+ / Paardenbloem 2 / uren in overleg / Je gaat aan de slag bij Paardenbloem 2, een begeleidings intensieve groep. Hierbij werk je samen met een collega met vier mannelijke bewoners tussen de 20 en 50 jaar oud. Het belangrijkste is dat jij de regie houdt en onvoorwaardelijke liefde geeft aan de bewoners. Duidelijkheid en structuur is ook belangrijk, wij geloven dan ook in: "Zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt" We helpen de bewoners zo zelfstandig mogelijk mee te laten doen in het dagelijks leven. Denk aan samen boodschappen doen, koken, huishoudelijke taken en het onderhouden van de tuin. De inzet van bewoners wisselt per dag. De ene dag kan een bewoner zich voor 80% inzetten en de volgende dag bijvoorbeeld 20%, maar samen zorgen we altijd voor 100%. We stimuleren hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen en geven hen daar ook het vertrouwen in. Jij begeleidt hen daarbij zowel individueel als in groepsverband voor een zo prettig mogelijke dag. Waarom hier werken? Kom bij Paardenbloem 2 werken als je graag werkt met een leuke en uitdagende groep bewoners waarbij je echt het verschil maakt dankzij een rustige en positieve begeleidingsstijl. We bouwen een onvoorwaardelijke band op met onze bewoners, de bewoners staan hierbij centraal. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt als Begeleider in een zelfstandig team, waarbij je samen met collega's verantwoordelijk bent voor de groep. Evenals het rooster, hierbij verdeel je samen het dienstenpatroon: dag-, avond-, en weekenddiensten. We werken vanuit de driehoek, dit houdt in dat je samen met de bewoner, verwanten en collega's invulling geeft aan de dag. Ook staat de visie van Triple-C centraal, waar nodig volgen we hiervoor extra scholing. Vanuit de triple-C gedachte willen we een goed gevulde en zinvolle dagbesteding neerzetten. Hierin zijn we nog volop in ontwikkeling en wellicht kan jij daar ook een mooie bijdrage aan leveren. Per september 2026 bieden wij vanuit de woning dagbesteding...
