The posting

Als begeleider ben je samen met je collegas verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en begeleiding van de bewoners op De Slinge. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en nabijheid en sluit aan bij de mogelijkheden, wensen en behoeften van iedere bewoner. Je ondersteunt bij dagelijkse en persoonlijke zorg, hebt oog voor veranderingen in gedrag, gezondheid en welzijn en voert waar nodig verzorgende en verpleegtechnische taken uit. Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en draagt samen met collegas van Vanboeijen, Interzorg en andere disciplines bij aan een fijne, huiselijke omgeving.

Je begeleidt bewoners die ouder worden en daardoor veranderende of intensievere ondersteuning nodig hebben. Dat vraagt om aandacht, deskundigheid, geduld en vooral een goed gevoel voor wat iemand nodig heeft.

Wil jij als begeleider écht van betekenis zijn voor ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking? Op De Slinge in Assen krijg je de ruimte om niet alleen zorg en begeleiding te bieden, maar samen met bewoners de dag betekenisvol te maken.

Op De Slinge bundelen Vanboeijen en Interzorg hun kennis en expertise. Samen bieden we ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking en ouderen met dementie of andere problematiek rondom het ouder worden een veilige, vertrouwde en huiselijke woonomgeving.

En er is meer. Vanuit de afdeling is een zinvolle daginvulling georganiseerd, waardoor bewoners nauwelijks externe dagbesteding nodig hebben. Hierdoor ben jij als begeleider betrokken bij het héle dagelijks leven: van een gezellig koffiemoment en een activiteit tot persoonlijke verzorging, begeleiding en alles wat daartussen gebeurt. Je bent er niet alleen voor de zorg, maar vooral voor de mens.

Je werkt nauw samen met collegas van Vanboeijen en Interzorg. Vanuit onze gedeelde visie staat het leven van de bewoner centraal. We kijken naar wat iemand nodig heeft, maar vooral ook naar wie iemand is, wat iemand prettig vindt en hoe we samen zorgen voor een waardevolle dag.
