Als Begeleider Detachering Complexe Zorg werk je voor langere tijd op verschillende MVG+- en HIBB-locaties binnen Ipse de Bruggen. Je draait volledig mee in het team, bouwt mee aan de begeleiding en ontwikkelt jezelf binnen complexe zorg. Je hebt een afgerond mbo 3-, mbo 4- of hbo-diploma binnen zorg, sociale dienstverlening of sport en bewegen. Wie zijn wij Jij wordt enthousiast van verdieping. Jouw baan als Begeleider Detachering Complexe Zorg | MVG+ / HIBB Als Begeleider Detachering Complexe Zorg werk je steeds voor een langere periode op één MVG+- of HIBB-locatie. Je vervangt bijvoorbeeld een collega tijdens zwangerschapsverlof, langdurige ziekte of een openstaande vacature. Daardoor draai je volledig mee in het team en krijg je de tijd om cliënten, collega's en de behandelvisie van de locatie echt te leren kennen. Na afloop van een opdracht kijken we samen welke volgende locatie of doelgroep aansluit bij jouw ervaring en ambities. Zo combineer je afwisseling met verdieping. Jouw profiel Jij hebt een afgerond mbo3-, mbo4- of hbo-diploma binnen zorg, sociale dienstverlening of sport en bewegen. Daarnaast: werk je graag met cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag; houd je van afwisseling én continuïteit; ben je nieuwsgierig naar gedrag en de hulpvraag daarachter; kun je goed samenwerken met collega's en behandelaren; sta je open voor feedback en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen. Wat krijg je van ons Je krijgt de afwisseling van detachering en blijft ondertussen medewerker van Ipse de Bruggen. Dat betekent werken volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg én toegang tot de opleidinge

trainingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden binnen onze organisatie. Iedere opdracht geeft je nieuwe ervaring. En wij kijken met je mee hoe je die ervaring kunt gebruiken voor jouw volgende stap. De salarissen zijn afhankelijk van je opleiding en functie: mbo3: FWG 35 | € 2.649 - € 3.708 bruto per maand mbo4: FWG 40 | € 2.951 - € 3.980 bruto per maand hbo: FWG 45 | € 3.113 - € 4.347 bruto per maand Werk je het grootste deel van je tijd op een complexe of intensieve zorggroep, zoals MVG+ of HIBB? Dan word je één salarisschaal hoger ingeschaald. Daarnaast krijg je: Direct een vast contract, met contracturen in overleg tussen 8 en 36 uur per week 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Wil je iedere paar maanden een nieuwe uitdaging, zonder iedere keer een nieuwe werkgever te zoeken?
