Jij zorgt ervoor. Zo werk jij Als begeleider in de Flexpool ondersteun je cliënten op verschillende locaties en afdelingen binnen GGz Centraal. Je springt bij waar jouw inzet op dat moment het hardst nodig is. Dat kan voor een enkele dienst zijn, voor een langere periode of als tijdelijke versterking van een team. Zo maak je telkens opnieuw het verschil voor cliënten én collega's. Werken in de Flexpool betekent afwisseling, uitdaging en volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Je doet in korte tijd brede ervaring op binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, leert verschillende doelgroepen en behandelvormen kennen en ontdekt welke werkomgeving het beste bij jou past. Van acute psychiatrie tot langdurige zorg: je krijgt een uniek kijkje in de keuken van de organisatie. Tegelijkertijd bieden we jou zoveel mogelijk flexibiliteit. Samen kijken we welke werkdagen en dagdelen aansluiten bij jouw situatie. Op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid én de vraag vanuit de organisatie plannen we je in. Zo combineer je de vrijheid van afwisselend werk met de zekerheid van een dienstverband bij GGz Centraal. Ben je een nachtvlinder? Geeft het vooral aan, dan kijken we of wij je zoveel mogelijk in kunnen zetten tijdens nachtdiensten! De regio Eemland staat binnen GGz Centraal bekend om haar ruime aanbod op het gebied van acute en (hoog) intensieve zorg. Daarnaast telt de regio een divers aantal afdelingen op andere gebieden. Als flexmedewerker ben je van onschatbare waarde op momenten waarop teams jouw hulp hard nodig hebben.
