Wij zoeken jou! De ochtend begint rustig. Je helpt een cliënt uit bed met een tillift. Je neemt de tijd, legt uit wat je doet en ziet een glimlach verschijnen. Dat zijn de momenten waar jij energie van krijgt.

Voor cliënten met een ernstige meervoudige beperking zijn vertrouwen, structuur en aandacht onmisbaar. Jij begrijpt dat een kleine verandering in gedrag of een blik vaak meer zegt dan woorden. Daarom kijk je scherp, handel je rustig en bied je de veiligheid die cliënten nodig hebben.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op een woonlocatie in Sneek waar cliënten wonen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking. De locatie biedt een rustige en huiselijke omgeving waar structuur, veiligheid en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Samen zorgen jullie voor een stabiele woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich veilig voelen en zichzelf kunnen zijn.

Wat ga je doen? Als begeleider gehandicaptenzorg ondersteun je cliënten met een ernstige meervoudige beperking tijdens hun dagelijkse leven. Je biedt begeleiding, ADL-zorg en persoonlijke verzorging en zorgt voor een veilige en voorspelbare omgeving.

Je helpt bij opstaan, wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken. Daarnaast werk je met hulpmiddelen zoals tilliften en observeer je veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat cliënten de ondersteuning krijgen die aansluit bij hun behoeften

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG of een mbo 3- of mbo 4-diploma in de zorg; - Je hebt affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg; - Je bent 20 tot 36 uur per week beschikbaar; - Je bent duidelijk, geduldig en staat stevig in je schoenen; - Je werkt graag samen en denkt in mogelijkheden.
