Bij Tutters & Bellen kom je terecht in een gemotiveerd, divers en creatief team dat zich inzet voor de beste zorg voor kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar. Van pedagogisch kinderbegeleiders en logistieke ondersteuners, administratieve helden tot teamcoaches en verantwoordelijken, samen zorgen we op meerdere locaties in Antwerpen voor een liefdevolle en veilige omgeving waarin kinderen kunnen opgroeien en bloeien. Wij geloven dat onze medewerkers het hart van ons succes zijn. Hun dagelijkse inzet en enthousiasme maken onze warme en veilige opvangomgeving mogelijk.

Takenpakket (in een notendop)

  • Je onthaalt en begeleidt de kinderen vanaf de aankomst.
  • Je daagt kinderen pedagogisch uit en gaat op zoek naar individuele noden en aanbod.
  • Je verzorgt de kinderen en komt tegemoet aan hun basisbehoeften (verschonen, eten, drinken,…).
  • Je neemt een gepaste begeleidersstijl aan en helpt de kinderen bij ontwikkelings- en leeractiviteiten (door o.a. gebruik te maken van Ziko-Vo).
  • Je biedt uitdagende spelactiviteiten aan (door o.a. gebruik te maken van onze maandthema’s).
  • Je zorgt voor de fysieke en emotionele veiligheid van de kinderen en hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je registreert doorheen de dag alle activiteiten op Bitcare via een iPad en wisselt informatie met het team uit.
  • Je hebt een nauw, warm en open contact met de ouders. Je overlegt en geeft correcte informatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de leef- en sanitaire ruimtes van het kinderdagverblijf veilig en proper zijn en voert enkele logistieke taken uit.
  • Je zet de visie van Tutters & Bellen en de richtlijnen van Kind & Gezin om in de dagelijkse praktijk.

  • Op korte termijn kan je ons team versterken.
  • Je bent kindvriendelijk, verantwoordelijk, betrouwbaar, loyaal en flexibel.
  • Je bent gekwalificeerd en voldoet aan de diplomavereisten.
  • De pedagogische ontwikkeling van jonge kinderen heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan een creatieve daginvulling om de kinderen te stimuleren.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang met ouders.
  • Het geven van eigen inbreng en ideeën over de werking schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je zet samen met het hele team de visie van Tutters & Bellen om in de praktijk.
  • Je werkt goed samen in een team en weet elkaar, afspraken en regels te respecteren.

VOOR TE LEGGEN ATTESTEN

  • Het vereiste diploma of gekwalificeerd attest.
  • Attest van kennis van de Nederlandse taal (luisteren en gesprekken B1 + lezen en schrijven A2).
  • Attest levensreddend handelen bij kinderen (eventueel via ons te behalen).
  • Uittreksel uit het strafregister, model 2.
  • Attest A+B van medische geschiktheid.
