- Prisma - Dussen ( Noord-Brabant ) - €2337 - €3635 - Online sinds: vandaag Prisma Geen dag is hetzelfde bij het Kornhuys in Dussen, en dat maakt het juist zo leuk! In dit kleinschalige wooninitiatief wonen jongvolwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking (vaak in combinatie met o.a. lichamelijke beperking, autisme of ADHD). In een huiselijke omgeving ondersteun jij hen bij het vergroten van hun zelfstandigheid, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de nodige rust en structuur biedt. Werken als begeleider bij het Kornhuys in regio Altena De zorgvraag binnen de groep is divers, dus moet je als begeleider goed kunnen schakelen. Zo coach je de ene bewoner bij zijn of haar persoonlijke doelen, terwijl je bij andere bewoners intensieve verzorging biedt. Bij één van hen wordt gewerkt met een tillift. Wat werken bij een ouderinitiatief uniek maakt, is de nauwe betrokkenheid van de ouders en het netwerk. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt en werkt nauw met hen samen om de beste zorg te realiseren. Dit vraagt om sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je bent nabij en toegankelijk, maar kunt ook duidelijk je professionele grenzen aangeven. Samen met de begeleiding, ouders en vrijwilligers wordt ervoor gezorgd dat iedereen een veilig thuis heeft in Het Kornhuys. Er is altijd ruimte voor de bewoners om hun verhaal te vertellen. Verder wordt er regelmatig een gezamenlijke activiteit georganiseerd. Bijvoorbeeld aan een karaoke-avond. Wie zin heeft, kan daaraan deelnemen.
