Help cliënten in Delft naar meer zelfstandigheid en zelfvertrouwen. Bied begeleiding op maat, bijvoorbeeld bij financiën of dagbesteding, en maak écht impact op hun leven. Als begeleider LVB help je cliënten in de regio Delft met een licht verstandelijke beperking om hun doelen te bereiken. Je biedt de nodige structuur en ondersteuning, waardoor zij stappen zetten naar meer zelfstandigheid en zelfvertrouwen. Jouw inzet maakt het verschil in hun dagelijks leven. In deze rol begeleid je cliënten bij diverse aspecten van hun bestaan. Denk aan hulp bij wonen, het vinden van een passende dagbesteding of werk, en het deelnemen aan sociale activiteiten. Je stimuleert hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en zelfredzaamheid door op maat gemaakte begeleiding te bieden. Dit doe je door duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid te creëren, wat essentieel is voor deze doelgroep. Jouw werk als begeleider is cruciaal. Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag of welzijn en rapporteert deze nauwkeurig. Daarnaast help je met praktische zaken, zoals het beheren van financiën, huishoudelijke taken en administratie.
