Dan is Gare du Nord in Amsterdam-Noord een plek waar jouw ideeën echt iets kunnen betekenen. Werken bij Gare du Nord Gare du Nord is een moderne woonlocatie in Amsterdam-Noord voor mensen met een lichte tot matige verstandelijke beperking (LVB/VB). Bewoners wonen zelfstandig in hun eigen appartement en krijgen begeleiding bij wat zij in het dagelijks leven tegenkomen. Dat kan gaan over dagstructuur, huishouden, sociale contacten, werk of dagbesteding. Maar ook psychische problemen of verslaving kunnen onderdeel zijn van de ondersteuningsvraag. Jij neemt het leven niet over, maar helpt bewoners om zelf stappen te zetten en zoveel mogelijk de regie te houden. De buurt hoort nadrukkelijk bij jouw werk. In de buurtkamer komen bewoners en buurtgenoten samen voor koffie, een spelletje of een gezamenlijke maaltijd. Jij ziet mogelijkheden om mensen met elkaar te verbinden en nieuwe activiteiten te laten ontstaan. Een team dat verder kijkt Als Begeleider LVB & Community werk je samen met collega's die net als jij verder kijken dan alleen de directe begeleidingsvraag.
