Als stand-by begeleider in de flexpool word je ingezet op verschillende woon- en dagbestedingslocaties in Friesland waar op dat moment extra medewerkers nodig zijn. Cliënten hebben een verstandelijke of meervoudige beperking en/of gedragsproblemen en een intensieve begeleidingsvraag. Wat ga je doen?? Op elke locatie waar je wordt ingezet kan weer iets anders nodig zijn. Het rooster ligt drie maanden van tevoren vast, zodat je ruim op tijd weet op welke dagen of avonden je werkt of vrij bent. Op welke locatie je aan de slag gaat hoor je wel pas kort van tevoren. Doordat je minder administratieve taken hebt en niet aan hoeft te sluiten bij werkoverleggen, heb je meer tijd voor persoonlijke aandacht voor de cliënt. jouw taken zijn onder andere:? Teamondersteuning: Je bent actief op verschillende locaties en werkt samen met uiteenlopende teams. Dankzij jouw open blik en korte lijnen tussen collega's zorg je voor verbinding en een prettige samenwerking. Zorg en begeleiding: ?JeJe voert de begeleiding uit volgens het ondersteuningsplan, werkt methodisch en past je begeleiding aan waar nodig. Daarnaast houd je de kwaliteit van zorg in de gaten. Werkuren zijn in overleg. Je kunt ingepland worden voor dagdiensten, avonddiensten en weekenddiensten, maar hoeft geen nachtdiensten te werken. Wat vragen wij van jou?? We zoeken een enthousiaste persoonlijkheid die niet bang is om in nieuwe situaties te stappen. Je houdt ervan om steeds weer nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan met uiteenlopende cliënten en teams. Je kunt snel schakelen en werkt zelfstandig.
