Dan de ziekte. Je biedt nabijheid aan mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) in een klinische setting met langdurige zorgtrajecten. Met de focus op herstel van het gewone leven (hiervoor gebruiken we de Triple C en ART methodiek) behandel je onze patiënten. Bij VKB krijg jij de kans om een relatie met hen op te bouwen. Je staat naast hen en maakt de pieken en dalen samen mee. Je werkt in een hecht multidisciplinair team en begeleid je patiënten bij alledaagse activiteiten, zoals een bezoek aan de huisarts of boodschappen doen. Je geeft samen met de patiënt vorm aan de zorg op basis van individuele behandeldoelen. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met je collega's, maar ook met naasten, collega's uit andere (ambulante) teams en ketenpartners. Binnen de veilige behandelomgeving van de kliniek krijgen patiënten meer structuur in hun dag en behandeling op maat. Je signaleert en rapporteert veranderingen. We hebben regelmatig overleg met elkaar om steeds weer de best mogelijke begeleiding te kunnen bieden. Jij levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het vinden, ontwarren en versterken van de gezonde lijn in iemands verhaal. Wat hebben we je te bieden?
